We are very excited about our store – it looks very nice and we are ready to go!  My favorite part of the store is really every single aisle – I walk up and down every aisle and I’m just so amazed at how everything is so organized and so well put together.  My thoughts on the build-out is how quick it was done.  They came in on Sunday and by Friday it was ready to go.  Very efficient, neat and very thorough.  The store is very complete it looks like if a customer walks in – everything is there that you need for a party.  The real estate department really helped us – every time we called them to inquire about a property they found all the demographics immediately and they were instrumental in finding this location for us.  The customer service that we received was excellent – every time we had a question on anything they were there to lead us into the right direction.  What impressed us the most was how well organized you are.  Every step of the way. It’s very personable when someone walks in and I love the way it is layed out. I would say the Luau and the over the hill section are my favorite sections in the store. The build-out was awesome. The build-out supervisor had so much knowledge and was so patient. They stocked and displayed everything so well that when you walk in it looks beautiful. Everything came together so nice. We have a lot of variety so I can service those looking for a large or small party with virtually any budget. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Everything looks so nice and I’ll become a fanatic about following people to make sure things are put back into the same spot! My favorite section of the store is the half price cards! They are all really neat cards you can get at Hallmark Store but you can get them for half price. I’m the type of person where the card has to fit the person and we have a card for everyone. I enjoyed every step of the build-out process! Dave and the crew did a great job and they were so enthusiastic about getting the store built out. The variety – we’ve got everything! We can supply anybody’s party needs here. The training program answered lots of questions and the biggest one was is this all legit! “Then when we got to Vegas we got in the door and it was all set up – what a relief! It’s not a scam!” The real estate was very helpful and kept in constant contact with me. They found the right location and the terms were great. The finance department helped us get additional credit – we weren’t as financially stable as we should have been but they helped us through everything and kept checking on things to make sure it was all running smooth. What impressed me the most was how they treated us like owners from the beginning and we didn’t have that franchise feeling like we have to do everything we say. They had a lot of respect for us and we really liked that.

The financing assistance department was great. We were very satisfied particularly with Steven Grammer, he’s very patient and walked us through the process step by step all the way. The staff in the finance department met all the expectations we had and exceeded them. What was important to us was that our concerns were heard. We are not experts in finance and we don’t know what we don’t know and that is what I liked about working with them and our expectations were exceeded.
We knew what was coming and what to expect every step of the way. Steven was there the whole time and was very responsive and that was important because for me the unknowns make us very nervous and they got back to us and talked to us instantly if not very quickly so we never felt alone in the process.
The responsiveness of the finance department really impressed us. Financing was the biggest hurdle and without that our dream was dead. This is a big relief standing in our own store now and it feels really good and we couldn’t have done it without the finance department at Discount Party Store Developers.

The store is unbelievable. 5 days ago it was a “big empty” and now it is full of inventory, color and life it’s just been a big transformation from nothing into something that will be here for a long time. The casino section is my favorite part of the store because we have a traveling casino party business and we will now be able to incorporate those decorations for the parties that we do for our clients and it means more money! The store build-out process was great. Monday tractor trailers came in and boxes were stacked 7 feet to the ceiling and I was thinking “What have I got myself into?!” Every day after that you would see this really amazing process and transformation. I never thought we would get from point A to point B and my build-out supervisor said, “I got this.” and “He had it!” The variety and the quality of the merchandise is great. If you want it, it is here. The quality of goods is certainly way above what you would find at another party store or dollar store. The responses have been, “Oh look at this! Look at that! Look at this!” and we are extremely happy. Without the training programming we would be lost. Especially with the POS system, it is an extremely high tech system. I think anybody that doesn’t take advantage of the training in Vegas they would be lost because it’s hands on – not just someone lecturing all day long. The finance department was great all the way through. They were able to advise us and say; “You ought to rethink this” and more often than not they were right. The real estate department was awesome. We were looking at this shopping center and working with the real estate folks and I said; “This is going to be expensive.” they said “Let us do our thing” and really the first email I got from the leasing agent at the shopping center said “This is what we have to have…” and Discount Party Store Developers’ Real Estate department came back with a counter offer and I giggled and said “There is no way in the world you are going to get all that!” and they said, “Let’s send it in an see what happens.” We got about 95% of what was asked for! Without the Real Estate department it would have cost me thousands of dollars over the course of the lease! They thought of things I never through of and saved us a lot of money! The customer service was great. They communicate constantly with you and stay on top of things. I never had to wait for anything. I get the feeling that is just how they do business. They are Johnny on the spot! I would recommend Discount Party Store Developers for a number of reasons – first, it isn’t a franchise, I don’t have to have a big chunk of change up front just for you to talk to me. There are no residuals or fees on the backend. You have the flexibility of using their suppliers or not. I think after going to training and seeing the discounts you get on the wholesale end of things you would be foolish to go anywhere else and pay more for the same products.
