Membership Sales
The key to success is to build new memberships while retaining your clubs existing membership base. Our program is designed to teach our clients to build their membership base quickly and efficiently.
In our program we have grouped members into 5 major classifications and then systematically developed a new member sales program for each class. Our program identifies the most important needs and wants of each member classification. Then, we designed sales strategies that effectively communicate how the fitness center satisfies the needs and wants of each classification.
Prospective members who come to the club are asked a series of scripted questions that allow the membership representative to indentify the class of that individual. Then the proper sales strategies are determined and the prospective member is given a tour of the facility.
